My Story
Hello! I'm Jon Ecake, the creative mind behind Good By Ecake. My passion for design and decoration didn't start in a fancy design school or boutique studio. It began in a small apartment where I realized that beautiful spaces aren't about expensive furniture or professional designers – they're about vision, creativity, and understanding how design can transform our daily lives.
My journey started when I was planning my first home renovation on a tight budget. I spent countless hours browsing design magazines, visiting showrooms, and studying how spaces work together. What struck me most was the disconnect between high-end design inspiration and practical, achievable solutions for everyday people.
I began documenting my own decoration projects, sharing cost breakdowns, sources, and honest reviews of what worked (and what didn't).
